9th Annual Global Conference on Energy Efficiency

The 9th Annual Global Conference on Energy Efficiency, hosted by the International Energy Agency (IEA), took place for the first time in Africa—held in Nairobi, Kenya. The event brought together global leaders from government, business, and civil society to advance the goal of doubling global energy efficiency progress by 2030, a key outcome of COP28.

Event Designers managed the full planning and execution of the conference. Our scope included event logistics, stage design, QR code registration, venue setup, and support for high-level panels, roundtables, and technical workshops across three impactful days.

We are proud to have helped deliver a world-class experience for over 500 international participants, supporting the IEA’s mission to accelerate energy efficiency.
