Accelerated Partnership for Renewables in Africa (APRA)- Investment Forum

The Accelerated Partnership for Renewables in Africa (APRA) Investment Forum 2024 brought together over 300 high-level participants in Nairobi, Kenya—including ministers, global investors, developers, and financial institutions—to drive forward Africa’s renewable energy ambitions.

Event Designers was proud to lead the full end-to-end planning and execution of this milestone event. From strategic event design, stage construction, digital QR code registration, exhibition booth setup, matchmaking coordination, and overall on-site management, we developed a cohesive delegate experience, ensuring seamless engagement across sessions, networking, and project showcases.

Organised by IRENA, the forum marked a significant step in implementing the Nairobi Declaration and mobilising progress toward 300 GW of renewable energy capacity across the continent by 2030. With three days of high-level panels, technical discussions, project exhibitions, and structured matchmaking sessions, the APRA Forum served as a powerful platform for investment mobilisation and cross-sector collaboration.
